HWH65-600B Squeeze Peristaltic Pump can Adopt 2 or 3 squeeze rollers according to the requirements. The Squeeze roller and pump core adopt galvanized process, to avoid rust. The joint adopts carbon steel safety joints, and the clamp adopts concrete pump with special high pressure and quick clamp. Its output capacity is 8m3/h and working pressure is 1.5Mpa.
Introduction of HWH65-600B Squeeze Peristaltic Pump
HWH series peristaltic hose pump consists of pump shell, rotor, roller, idler, extrusion tube, and transmission device. The extrusion hose in the pump chamber forms a U-shaped structure, which is deformed when the rotor drives the roller to rotate. With the rotation of the roller, the hose returns to its original state due to its elastic recovery. Negative pressure is formed in the hose so that the mud is sucked in and discharged through the outlet under the action of the roller, and finally, the pressure transportation of the mud is realized.
