HWDPX200 Pneumatic Mixing and Conveying Unit is specially designed for conveying solid and wet mortar, concrete mixes and refractory castables. The mixing and conveying unit can be widely used in the metallurgical industry, including the production of ladles, tundishes, blast furnace tapping channels and permanent linings for industrial furnaces and melting furnaces in the glass and aluminum industries. In addition, the device can also be used in the construction industry for concreting building foundations, floors and larger concrete areas.

Features of HWDPX200 Pneumatic Mixing and Conveying Unit

Working principle

The mixture is mixed in a closed pressure tank by the action of stirring blades and compressed air. The stirring blades not only slide the mixture but also push it to the discharge port of the storage tank. In addition, the compressed air at a lower position blows the mixture evenly through the conveying hose.

Working principle

In the conveying hose, the mixture is transported in the form of lumps, and the unique swirl air path design can effectively prevent the material from violent fluctuations.
